Decent and clean hotel about 15-20 min drive from Stockholm downtown. Building was a bit difficult to find initially as it is surrounded by corporate buildings but the neighborhood was actually quite nice and within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. Room was modern and clean, however the lack of AC was quite frustrating as we were there during what seemed like the hottest week of summer. Lack of a reception desk was also a bit unnerving for our first time in a new country but worked out ok.

"We had a late checkin and the hotel told us to inform the late arrival for key collection procedures as no one will be at the front desk. We informed them of late arrival. After 4 phone calls and 3 mail, no procedure for late arrival. Each time we called they said they will provide the instruction ..."
