Welcome to our modern furnished flat in Varna! Located in quiet neighborhood, perfect for business travel or a holiday. Chayka is well located just north of the Varna Sea garden and Rappongy beach. All the neighborhood is build in the late 60s and it was a model for the standarts then. You will be captured by the modern style of the place, which also offers you all possible amenities and the coziness of a real home away from home with a truly unique design.  
Fully renovated in 2011 and refreshed in 2019 the flat is located on the 1st floor of well maintained, old 1967 building. Very chilly and quiet in the summer heat days.  
There are 2 bikes, wich guests can use for free after security deposit.  
Big free parking, bus stop and cycling track are in front of the building. Great located near everything you need:  
Supermarket - 3 min (walk)  
bazar Chayka - 5 min(walking)  
FRATELLI resataurant - 2 min(walking)  
The beach - 15 min(walking), 6 min(bike)  
Sea garden - 6 min(walking)
