The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is modernly equipped and perfect for cooking and dining together. Here you’ll find a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, as well as a coffee maker and all kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. The adjacent dining area with a dining table is perfect for social meals, while the cosy sofa corner with comfortable seating and a TV provides a variety of entertainment options. The entire apartment features tile floors, which not only lend an elegant style but also provide comfortable underfloor heating.

Families in particular will appreciate the child-friendly amenities: Babies and children are welcome; all windows have privacy screens and fly screens, and the property is designated as a smoke-free area.
