The staff were not unfriendly but could be more cheerful, one or two on reception gave the impression they didn't want to be bothered with anything other than booking you in and checking you out. That said, most were more than happy to direct us to nearest chemist, travel agent, etc. The rooms were spacious and clean but there was a musty smell in one of our two rooms which I think came from insufficient airing. Otherwise the level of cleanliness and comfort were of a high standard and efficiency with laundry and room service was good.
