We absolutely loved this place. It was cosy, comfortable, wonderful people who run it. We had a disaster with car rental after a delayed flight and the hosts couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. It’s so chilled, welcoming, beautiful and peaceful. If we hadn’t had our next accommodation booked we would have love to stay longer.

Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the funicular to the upper city (Citta Alta) and airport bus stops close to the hotel.
Pleasant and comfortable rooms with refrigerator, tv, air conditioning, toiletries and slippers.
Excellent buffet breakfast with an excellent choice of food.
We found the staff to be very welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This was our second stay and we look forward to retuning again soon

Great new property that was lovely and perfect for the late Ryanair flight in
Arrived with 20 euro taxi, used PIN codes to enter, had light supper and wine across the road (open until 1am)
Next day late start with walk around new and old town and back to airport to collect car and head to slopes

The location of the hotel is good and safe. But the hardware needs to be further improved, eg the room could be noisy at night when tram passed by even when all windows were closed. One of the keycards could not be used to control the lift or open the room door.

Lovely apartment in a quiet complex. Exactly what two adults and two children needed. A kitchen should we wish to cook and a separate bedroom to the children. Right by Lima station on the metro so very easy and quick to travel around Milan. Would fully recommend this place.

Dated in style, but great quality. Paid extra for a suite as four of us were using it, and it was worth it for the extra space. Air con wouldn't blow cold as hotels heating was on, so that was only downside, had to keep windows open for some cool air, and then got bitten by mosquitos overnight.
Spa and pool were both lovely and well maintained.
Breakfast was nice, decent selection available with mix of hot and cold foods.
Went up to rooftop bar, were lucky, was last day it was open for this...
