It has a huge footprint. It even has a 9 hole golf course on the property. We enjoyed our stay. It's extremely clean. The food was good. The staff were very friendly. The only downside to consider, though it wasn't an issue at all for us, is that the rooms on the hill have a lot of steps. If you had mobility challenges, then be sure to stay down on the water. But we loved our place up on the hill." We did many of the complimentary activities they provide and we highly recommend snorkeling at split rock, such a cool experience.
