The property is incredible. The rooms are very spacious, the grounds are meticulously maintained and the views are amazing. If the owners could please ask the clouds to cooperate in the afternoon to get us a better look at the sunset, it would be perfect! It is not for the budget minded. However, you get your money's worth here for sure. I highly recommend the property.

What a beautiful place! Million dollar views, an unbelievably friendly staff and consistently excellent food at the restaurant made our holiday perfect. We loved the infinity pool overlooking the ocean as well. The staff are so friendly and helpful, consistently going out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Until you are able to interact with Fijians, you truly don’t know how friendly people can be. Special thanks to Pini, Storm, Millie, Raymond and the whole crew at TIR. Thanks to living legend Ric (the owner) as well who we spent every breakfast with hearing stories about Taveuni and his efforts to promote diving and conservation in Fiji.

Beautiful, relaxing resort experience.

This is a lovely resort; the website pictures did not do it justice! Our villa was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind, efficient and low-key. The meals were delicious and well-prepared. The activity staff were helpful and accommodating, driving us around the island and scheduling the activities we asked to have.

Taveuni Island Resort is the best resort my wife and I have ever visited. We have stayed in resorts from the Seychelles to Tulum and this is far and away the best. The food is varied, perfectly prepared, and always more than we could eat. The staff attentiveness is amazing. And the resort properties are wonderful. We loved it. We’re coming back.

Throughout my 18-day journey, the staff made us feel like the resort was exclusively designed for us, ensuring our utmost comfort and satisfaction. The resort's grounds provide breathtaking views of the ocean and Vanua Levu, with unforgettable sunset vistas from every room, villa, bure, and dinner table. The bure was cleaned daily, and the outdoor shower added a touch of luxury. Relaxing on covered lounges overlooking the waters was tranquil. The pristine pool offered a refreshing oasis, and the beach path led to amazing snorkeling. The local guide arranged boat excursions, revealing more of Fiji's natural wonders. Location was convenient from the airport, rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. The service at this resort is absolutely fantastic, storm who works at the front desk was a huge help coordinating things for us to do and the staff as a whole were such pleasant and polite people. Food choices were limited - but everything was fresh and delicious. The resort was also quiet and I would say more adult focused which is what we were looking for on our honeymoon. I would absolutely stay here again Taveuni has lots to do and the people are wonderful. Highly recommend spending time on the rainbow reef while you are here.

This place is a gem. The property is gorgeous with great snorkeling right in front of the resort and a beautiful pool. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the food is delicious, but none of that compares to the quality of the service. The staff goes out of their way yo help you and make you feel at home.
