The apartment is around 5 minutes by car from the historic town centre of Vannes Separate outdoor stairs to access the apartment. It is South-exposed so it is very bright. It is not overlooked and windows are South-exposed. They overlook large green spaces. There is a very pleasant garden. There is a parking at your disposal 30 m away so you will have no trouble parking. This parking area is away from the public road but visible from your holiday accommodation. Therefore, your vehicle will be in a safe place. There is very little traffic in the dead-end where is located the building. In this way, children can safely play and go cycling under parents’ responsibility of course. There is a small wood at the end of the dead-end There is a true boules ground around 100 m away A cycle path gives you the opportunity to directly reach the port of Vannes, its jetty, the beach and the coastal paths. Über eine Außentreppe erreicht man den separaten Eingang der geräumigen Dachgeschosswohnung für fünf Personen. Zwei vom Zentralbereich getrennte Schlafzimmer mit zwei Duschbädern; eines mit Doppelbett, das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. Im Zentralbereich große Schlafcouch. Sehr geschmackvoll und äußerst praktisch ist die Küchen- und Zimmereinrichtung gelöst: Der Herd mit Backofen ist gleichzeitig die Spülmaschine, die Waschmaschine hat den Trockner integriert etc. Umfangreiche und qualitativ hochstehende Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien, Tellern, Schüsseln Gläsern (sechs verschiedene Glasarten, je mindestens fünf Stück)...das Ganze gipfelt im ebenfalls vorhandenen Dampfdrucktopf. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Waschtrockner und Spülmaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle sowie Geschirr und Besteck für bis zu 12 Personen. Der Vermieter wohnt im Haus und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns - 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager - war die Wohnung perfekt um die südliche Bretagne zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und wir hatten trotz Sprachbarriere keine Probleme mit der Verständigung ( Die Verständigung erfolgte in einem Mix aus französisch, englisch und deutsch, war sehr lustig). Die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Für Kleinkinder steht auch eine Babywippe, Badewanne mit Wickeltisch, Stühlchen etc. zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gern wieder. ##### Sylvia H.
