The country peace and quiet was great. Cold nights out by the fire pit were perfect. Super close to Lost Maples and not a bad drive to Garner. Typical old hill country home. We loved this old house. Very charming! Great location to visit Lost Maples State Park and Garner State Park, as well as Leakey/Bandera. The rainy/cold weather cut our outdoor activities short, but the location of the house helped us find other activities to keep everyone occupied. I highly recommend this house for your stay in the Garner/Lost Maples State Park area. ##### James R. Easy to find too. The owner responded quickly and was great to work with. The kitchen had lots of utensils, pans, and even some condiments in the fridge.
