Holes in the sheets, you have to walk through the curtains to get to one side of the bed supposedly for two people since there's barely any space between the bed and the wall. Bed is hard as a rock too. Hope you don't care about washing your hands after using the communal toilet because there's no sink, you have to go back to your room to use the sink there. Staff denied everything and refused a refund for my 10-day booking.
