The Space This 930 sqft spacious 1-bedroom, ground-level suite includes a in-suite washer & dryer, a den/office, and a walk-in closet off the bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and a convenient breakfast bar. Relax in the living room with a cozy gas fireplace and a double fold-out sofa bed. Step outside to enjoy the private patio, shared backyard, and nearby parks and walking trails. Access & Parking You’ll enjoy a private entrance through the side gate and backyard, with easy keyless self check-in via keypad. The suite comes with designated driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles, plus plenty of free street parking for any additional vehicles. Location With Highway 1 just a 5-minute drive away, we’re conveniently close to local shops, wineries, restaurants, and everyday amenities.
