Plus, you'll have the company of myself and my 3 cats! Close to downtown without all the hustle and bustle. 5 minute walk to Vancouver General Hospital, 5 minute walk to transit that goes downtown. 10-15 minute walk to BC Children's Hospital. 5-10 minute walk to various shops. Quiet neighbourhood. No one under 18 permitted, even if accompanied by an adult. With a cozy bedroom featuring a convenient murphy bed, guests can enjoy a wonderful and peaceful stay. The bathroom offers a relaxing bathtub and a hair dryer for added convenience. Whether you're looking to explore the city or simply relax indoors, this phenomenal property has everything you need. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Please note this property has stairs. The bedroom is on the lower level. \*\*Check in begins at 4pm. Check out is 11am.\*\* House Rules 1\. Please, NO SHOES in the house. Please remove them at the door and keep them at the door. Don’t worry, the cats will just smell them. 2\. Do not let the cats out of the house please! They are indoor cats, but are sneaky. They will follow you to the door, and will meet you at the door when you come in. Ensure they don’t follow you out. 3\. No smoking of any product, this includes vaping, inside or outside the house. 4\. Please ensure all food is consumed only on the dining table, not in your room. Crumbs attract mice, I don’t want mice, the cats will kill the mice. The families of the dead mice will be stricken with grief. 5\. Please clean up after yourself after using the kitchen. You may rinse and place your dishes in the dishwasher. All pots and pans must be rinsed and put away, please do not put large items in the dishwasher. 6\. Please do not leave any plastic around the house. Charlie, the black cat, is kind of dumb and likes to eat plastic. I don’t know why, he’s weird. I’ve already had to pull plastic out of his butt twice, I don’t want to do it again. 7\. I have books that you may read, but please do not take the books with you. I love them and will cry if any go missing. The same goes for the DVDs. In fact, anything in the house applies. Also, I will charge your account a ridiculous fee. 8\. I will provide you with the wifi details once you arrive. 9\. Please keep the washroom tidy, while you are staying, you will be the primary user, however, if I have friends over, they use that washroom as well. Also, please keep the toilet seat down, the cats will drink anything, they are disgusting. In fact, just keep the washroom door closed. 10\. If you need to do laundry, please do a full load and with the cold water setting. We all need to do our share to save the environment. 11\. If you plan to have a car during your stay, do not park in the permit only areas of the neighbourhood. You will get a ticket, I’ve seen it happen! There is a pay parking parkade at the end of the street. There are a few none restriction parking spots. Otherwise, it’s 2 hour time limits during the day. Or, you can apply for an online parking pass through the City of Vancouver. 12\. No overnight guests permitted. 13\. Please ensure all doors and windows are closed before you leave, and please set the alarm when you go out if no one is home. See check in instructions for how to set the alarm. No need to set the alarm if I am home. 14\. If you need any help at all with anything, JUST ASK!!! I want you to enjoy your time here and have fun!!! 15\. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to stay. 16\. Rude guests will not be tolerated. Be kind. You are a guest in my home. It has several steps going up from street and more steps going down inside the unit to get to guest room. It has private bathroom/shower. It is 2 level townhouse. It is nice for one person but the rental room and kitchen that guests are using are pretty crowded with household items. If you have allergy to cats or smell or cats hair then not your place.
