Bright and fully furnished basement suite with 1 bedroom plus den. Full kitchen with an island and insuite laundry. Separate entrance at the bottom of a flight of stairs with 1 private parking spot in the back. However, there’s plenty of street parking available at the front of the home.

Across the street is a beautiful green belt to walk along on a nice warm day. Only 10 minutes to the closest shopping mall and 5 minutes to Highway #1.

Garbage (black lid) and Compost (green lid) bins can be found on the opposite side of the garage. Recycling bin and yellow bag for paper products are located beside the patio in the yard.
