Kitsilano Garden Walk-Out 2 Bedroom
Located in a Kitsilano 1912 heritage home, the 2 bedroom suite is accessed by a separate entrance in the back of the house. We live upstairs.
Can be hosted in French or English.
This 650 square feet unit is cozy, modern, clean and a walk-out to a covered eating area and small court yard. Some additional features of this unit include heated bathroom floor, hot-water on demand (never run out of hot water!) and AC. The garden area features a bbq, love seat and 2 chairs so you can relax with a glass of Okanagan wine after a long day.
Location, location, location! We are a short walk to all the local eateries and shops located on West Broadway and 4th. UBC is a 20 min bus ride away and downtown Vancouver is 15 minutes away by bus.
The suite features 2 bedrooms - One has a very comfortable queen size bed and closet, the other has a double bed (no closet but shelving). There is a small kitchen table, sofa and a Smart TV in the main area and one in each room. High-speed internet is available. We have a coffee machine, kettle, small fridge, small oven, and bbq outside, with a table that seats 4 (outside). Free parking on the street. (see parking map).
* Please note the unit is fitted with a Honeywell True HEPA Room Air Purifier with Allergen Remover. There is a AC unit during the hot summer days.
About us: We are a professional couple with no kids that live upstairs and are very quiet. Christine works in the event and tourism industry, so she can help you with any questions you may have about tours and sight-seeing adventures. Please fee free to email us with any questions you may have.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is cozy, well equipped and located close to grocery stores, drug store and restaurants .The outdoor area is very nice . I loved watching the array of birds coming to the feeders .We look forward to our next stay.

Awesome well kept character home right off broadway. This property was perfect for a quick weekend visit to friends in the area. Very clean comfortable cozy space to relax and chill in between activities. Excellent garden space with covered patio to still be outside in the rain. Highly recommend.
Thanks to our hosts for a great stay at their quiet and extremely well located flat. The space was very comfortable (the beds were excellent) and the kitchen was small but very easy to navigate. We were also very happy to have access to the barbecue and garden—while it was chilly when we visited, so we didn’t eat outside, the outdoor dining area was lovely and protected from the weather. We loved the location—a great spot in Kits with a wide variety of restaurants and shops a few blocks away, as well as grocery stores and easy transit. The express bus to UBC and downtown was fantastic—very frequent service. All in all, a great place to stay with attentive hosts! Thanks to Patrick and Christine for the lovely stay!
This property was clean and neat with a private patio and garden area. It is very convenient to shops and restaurants. The guests were friendly and easy to communicate with. A great place to stay that has all the comforts of home.
A very convenient place to stay while visiting Vancouver. Our family was not familiar with the city and found this place to be very central. Access to local shops, a grocery store, and walking distance to the beach are all key features here. Great communication with the hosts. Would definitely stay again if lucky enough to be out this way again.

We loved our stay! Christine was so welcoming and helpful and gave us wonderful suggestions. We felt so warm and cozy and loved the location! We fell in love with the neighborhood and enjoyed dinner on the patio!!! We will most certainly be back!

I loved my time here so much. I came to Vancouver alone and this was the perfect location for everything I needed. The hosts were so wonderful, kind and helpful and I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to visit. I think it’s incredible value for money too, I hope to come back and stay here again in the future :)

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The suite was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Christine and Pat are excellent hosts. They responded right away to my questions about the rental and Vancouver. I loved the location in Kitsilano because it is close to a grocery store, restaurants, shops and transit. I will definitely stay here again.
My friend and I had a fantastic visit. It was the perfect place for going to both the UBC gardens and Granville Market/Downtown. Its event walkable to the Kitsilano Beach. Christine was so helpful at check-in giving us an introduction to the neighborhood and tips on transportation. If its available, I highly recommend booking!
This is a lovely, well located place to stay in Kits. Close to restaurants, shopping, the beach (10 min walk) and everything else you might want. The space clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and a lovely backyard to hang out in.The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and great to stroll through. Christine is a lovely host - very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this place!
