Great hotel, definitley reccomended but there is no door to the balcony but there is a balcony. Small annoyance but that would have been a plus. We especially requested for the sofa bed, but we were only given two sad thin blankets (which were incredibly dirty, had lots of hair and crumbles of snacks on it). Lots of noise from outside (cars, people shouting), especially as the unit was near the main road downtown. Two boxes of dominos left from the previous night were in the oven. Overall, for the advertisement we definitely were definitely expecting better. It's a terrific central location. We stayed overnight before heading up to Whistler the next morning. The room was clean and bright. We had trouble with the wi-fi but the manager come over immediately and help get us set up. Safe location, excellent grocery store across the street (Nesters market). The cleaning lady comes every day. There is additional charge on site (for my 5 night stay I was charged $160 in addition to full payment I made via Expedia at the time of the booking.
