"The housekeeping was excellent and the hotel team were incredible to provide us anything we were lacking. Breakfast was delicious and the view from the window on a high floor was stunning.. The location is right in the middle to almost everything you want to see or visit. And the evening lights on the trees in front of the hotel were magical. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you! "

"The price is good for location, but the hotel is super dated and in need of a refresh. I was looking forward to the pool and hot tub, but 5 women sat in the tiny hot tub all night, drinking and generally oblivious to the fact anyone else was waiting to use hot tub. Super disappointing. The pool is small and the water made my skin itchy. The view was nice, but full Harbourfront view is misleading in that there is big condo buildings blocking the view. Still, nice and it was good to be able to open the doors and get fresh sea air. The food in restaurant was good. Recomend the breakfast smoothie bowl. But nothing at the restaurant I would go out of my way to eat again. The parking is expensive for self park option, but this is Vancouver, so fair enough. Bed was comfortable enough, and shower had great pressure. Room was clean. If you want to stay downtown walking distance to Canada Place and gastown, this is a good option. "

"Hotel is easy to find, and one of the easiest ones for parking in downtown Vancouver. The rooms are tidy and clean, very compact with a mini fridge. "

"We’re like about the YMCA is that it’s no longer the YMCA it’s now called hotel something else and the hotel. Something else is running a little bit better than the old place. Get your plugs down because you can get a little bit noisy sometimes with your shard bathrooms. I paid about 150 sometimes after 220 a night. I stayed for the week. I mostly used online booking."

"First time staying at this property, no real surprises. You’re booking at a Fairmont so you expect amenities and service to the top notch. My spouse and I were both quite happy."
