The España is situated at the very centre of Vancouver’s most sought after neighbourhoods of Yaletown, Gastown, Chinatown and the Olympic Village. Located in Crosstown, the locale is one of Vancouver’s oldest and historic areas. Also close proximity to beautiful parks, the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, dozens of restaurants to please every palate, rapid transit sky train next door, BC place,costco,T&Tmarket,schools, university, sports and event arenas, urban super markets, cinemas and boutique stores. parking near elevator.
We provide hand sanitizer in each bathroom and also kitchen sink. We use a hot steam machine to sanitize all surfaces.Under our sink is a large bottle of bleach and isopropyl spray cleaners for your use as well. We also have spray bleach as well. The cleaning crew wear masks eye protection and gloves. All laundry is done in the condo with a hot wash and dry. We provide sanitizer wipes for the condo and all entries are key-less.

Lovely apartment

I enjoyed staying at the apartment during my visit to Vancouver. The train station was very convenient, which allowed us to easily visit Gastown. It was an easy walk to restaurants, grocery store and drug store. Host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Will stay here again on my next trip to Vancouver.

Great location and views

Great place to stay with family. Communication with the host was good. Pool and community play room with toys was great. Lots of kids toys in the condo too. Right next to the metro stop and easy waling distance to the AquaBus and Science Museum!

Home away from home

This property was great for our family of 5. Easy access to shopping and the city. You will find yourself leaving the neighborhood for tourist activities but they are close. We would stay here again. .

Great Location

Great location in Vancouver. Condo was very well equipped and had nice city/harbor views from the balcony. Pretty much everything we wanted to see was no more than 20-30 minutes away by car and several things were within walking distance.

Daughter's Wedding

This was our first VRBO experience and Lynn and Erik made it very easy. In addition, they were completely responsive to a few special needs some of us have. The location was central to all the sights we wanted to see and restaurants we wanted to try. It was lovely to have both a parking spot for a rental car and easy access to public transportation.Thanks for the wonderful "ground zero"!

Absolutely wonderful!

This was a terrific stay! The condo is lovely; thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable with an ever changing view of the mountains and downtown. The location can't be beat, walking distance to Canada Place area and the aquarium and wide range of excellent restaurants and facilities. Thank you for the perfect stay, Eric and Lynne !

Lovely condo, Ideal location

It’s hard to imagine a better location for a Vancouver visit. We were here for a week and walked or took the SkyTrain almost everywhere (station just steps from the building). Many restaurants in walking distance. Host is very responsive and pleasant. Condo is immaculate with stunning views. Generously stocked and well equipped. Recommend highly. equipped.

Great location

My family stayed here before we jumped on a cruise. This place has a great location and is close to lots of restaurants, the subway, and grocery store. Owner made check in super easy. The only downside is that the place is so close to subway, one of the rooms can hear it each time it passes. Loved the patio.

Super easy transportation to everywhere!!

Having never travel via train, this was new to us, but the easiest way to get around Vancouver from this great rental. Don’t be scared to stay here and travel everywhere via foot or train. The convenience made this a 5 star, plus the views are AMAZING! Also the perfect place to stay befor our cruise.

Safe and central

We had a wonderful time at Erik and Lynn’s great condo! The place was beautiful and clean with more amenities than we could have imagined. They had everything we needed and more The location was fantastic and we loved how secure the building is including the parking garage for our car. We loved looking over the city and the waters from every window. Can’t wait to visit again!

very nice apartment in downtown Vancouver

Its nice all around, it has a grocery market, coffee shops, restaurants, and a rexall pharmacy at walking distance. Good restaurants if you walk a little further. the place is not too quiet but it does allow to sleep . Internet worked well,

Clean & Well Stocked

Security to get in and out of building was very good. Our host gave excellent step-by-step directions on how to use the fobs to get around the building. Having underground parking was a big plus. Unit was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen.Many maps and guidebooks about Vancouver. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful view of downtown and harbor. Our host was always available and answered any questions we had via text.

Great stay.Everything listed was supplied.The view from the from living room and bedroom windows was stunning. What a beautiful city. We watched 2 cruise ship docking from the apartment windows. I slept with the bedroom blinds open and marvelled at the city lights. absolutely stellar. Maybe I just need to go to the big city more. Very close to all restaurants and grocery shopping just across the street. Great Uber town

Modern, Clean, and Well Stocked

The apartment is in a modern apartment building, which has a great pool, hot tub, and gym. It is on a high floor and offers sweeping city views. It is also very well stocked (ie. linen, towels, kitchen, etc.). I had no problems at all with anything related to the apartment, check-in, etc. A couple of relevant notes: There are two large bedrooms with big windows and fantastic views, but the third bedroom (with a single bed) is very small and has no window at all and no solid door separating it from the communal area. This was not a problem for me, but it is worth knowing if you are planning to use the room as a bedroom. Also, the neighborhood around the building is a bit sketchy.
