Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

#### Confirmed and payed accommodation did not exist. 

Confirmed and payed in advance. At the arrival we've got to know that they are not operating. We had to find a another place for the night. Hotels.com left us alone with the additional costs!
