Even before we arrived in Vancouver, Shelby made herself available to us, answering any and all questions about itineraries, scheduling, transportation, etc. Once we arrived, she hosted us with care and competence, meeting us in the parking garage and guiding us through all of the amenities of the building, the apartment and the neighborhood.As a stepping off point for our visit, she made herself available as first-day tour guide, which provided us with a foundation for our stay.The apartment is thoughtfully appointed, clean and well stocked.One of the apartment’s great strengths is its location, easily accessible to all of Vancouver’s destination spots. While the apartment and location are wonderful, the true value here is in Shelby’s genuine commitment to excellent hospitality.
