Stay together and also have some privacy in our 3 level home. The Main level is the top two floors with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The Garden level has 1 bedroom/1 bath with its own entrance at the home's garden level.

Great central location, friendly host, lovely accommodation. It was a perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Vancouver for a family reunion.
Stayed with adult family members and the house easily accommodated six of us. We were impressed by the cleanliness aid the house and it was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The host was responsive and we enjoyed a brief visit with Tatertot” the family dog
This was a great, comfy place for our extend family of 10. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins all had a great time hanging out and chatting. With such a big group, I was worried about the bathroom situation but there was no problem at all. There was even enough hot water for all of us to shower at night! Beds were comfortable. Convenient location for us going north for hiking and going south to Richmond for yummy food!
Darren was a great host - good communication before and during our stay.

Perfect! Our first time in vancouver was perfect and Darren took big part of it. He was so helpful prior and during our stay.
The location is so calm eventhough it is not far from mrt station and bus stop.
This house served our needs very well. The place was as advertised. The house was clean and there were plenty of features that improved the experience including a second fridge (bar size), air conditioning, and useful kitchen supplies. The host was helpful and friendly. The spot is conveniently located on a quiet street, close to parks, cafe's and everything that Cambie street has to offer. A great space for up to 10.
The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has three floors - the top floor has two rooms - one with a table/study area, queen bed, the other with twin beds. A bathroom with tub is shared between them.
The main floor (middle) has a sitting room, dining table for 6, kitchen with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dishes - fridge, microwave, gas stove, oven, dishwasher.
The TV has some channels and Netflix. There is one bedroom on the main floor with attached full bath.
I appreciated the blackout lining curtains all through the home - they kept the sun out on a very warm weekend. The surprise was the unit has an A/C. As everyone in the northwest knows, A/C only works in these homes if you keep all the blinds on and windows closed the whole time.
There is a bonus basement full apartment with twin beds, living room, small kitchenette. There are also laundry services and a small deck with seating and gas bbq.
The host Darren was very responsive and accommodating.
Its a perfect stay for a family with adult/teen children (who need their own beds) or visiting with grandparents. (6 beds in total + sofa bed option).
The South Cambie area has seen an explosion of restaurants and bars, so we really didn't need to go in to the city for dinners.
Not a good option for those who want to party with friends. Its a 20 minute ride into downtown Vancouver.
This house met our needs very well. From babies to toddlers to grandparents , the spaces were welcoming and provided privacy and comfort for the 10 of us for 5 nights. The location was ideal for walking to parks, food shopping, and Skytrain access. It was the perfect spot.

it was nice and comfortable and clean. It had enough room allowing all 7 of us to spend quality fun time together and yet have enough space and not feel cramped.

We had a blast in Vancouver and really lucked out with the weather in November. It was for the most part sunny with some clouds so we got to explore the city and beyond. and on a rainy morning or afternoon the house felt super cozy and comfortable for a nice home cooked meal and some wine.

We had a great stay. The hosts were excellent -attentive, friendly and very accommodating. We were travelling with small children, and grandparents. Everyone was very comfortable. The home felt like a home away from home. Lots of space, well stocked (Darren even brought a coffee grinder at our request), quiet and very clean. I am a former and long time Vancouver resident, and I must say that this home is in a fantastic neighborhood. There is an incredible park/playground down the block. BC Women’sand Children’s as well as Vancouver General Hospital are within walking distance. The sky train to the airport and downtown is also within walking distance. There are great restaurants nearby (Vij’s is just down the street, as well as Pallet Coffee Roasters a short walk away).

When we first drove up to the house, we didn’t think there was any way our family of 6 would fit in what appeared to be a very small house. But boy were we surprised. There was a ton of room inside the house! Tastefully decorated in a very safe neighborhood and the owners were super helpful. We had a great time - perfect place to start and end our day! Definitely recommend.
While the furniture and appliances are not state of the art, it was a nice base of operations for our week in Vancouver. All our day to day needs were within easy walking distance and most of the Vancouver city highlights were within a few miles.

Very comfortable and quiet
We were hosting an international speaker in Vancouver and we needed a comfortable and quiet place that could also host his assistants. This house offered exactly that. It is I a quiet neighbourhood and yet close to Broadway, Downtown and only 20min from the airport.
