The apartment was in a great downtown location great amenities and was handy for all our activities But if you are a light sleeper take earplugs and eye mask as downtown can be noisey all hours of the day and night even on the 7th floor The host was not around to let us into the apartment according to her instructions and we were unable to contact the host when we arrived Took several hours for the host to make contact We got into the apartment by another apartment resident!!

The location is at the heart of downtown downside is the laneway where parking is a lot of individuals lying on the street. Parking is for a fee and we were one time waited along time as some individuals were lying on the laneway blocking the way like sleeping. The host has not responded on some request like additional towels and toilet tissue 5 days only 1.5 toilet tissue and not enough towels. This place doesn’t fit 6 people. The bathtub doesn’t drain well.no aircon and we opened the window it is quite noisy at is it parallel to grandville. I have more to say but I will provide feedback on my outstanding issue with host on another platform
