The area had amazing services, restaurants and shopping so close. The unit was clean, spacious, comfortable and QUIET. My suggestion would be to provide the following items-stopper for kitchen sink in order to hold water to clean dishes-wash cloth and dish cloth to clean -bathroom soap to wash hands-a fan, incase it gets hot-mirrors in bedrooms in order to free up the bathroom -extra bath towels and include face cloth-add gel top to mattress or change mattress all together, they were not comfortable. Basic amenities were lacking—there was no hand soap, fact wash, and the shampoo and body wash were nearly empty. The kitchen had leftover condiments and nearly empty bottles, likely from previous guests, which made the space feel poorly stocked and not well-prepared.This is a basement unit with no AC. While each room has a window, they open to a wooden panel wall, which provides almost no ventilation. The lack of airflow made the unit extremely stuffy—we were up in the middle of the night due to the discomfort. Unfortunately, the windows have to be left open just to get what little air circulation there is, which means there’s no privacy at all.To make things worse, the owner was completely unresponsive to our questions during the stay, which added to the frustration.We wouldn’t stay here again unless significant improvements are made to the amenities, ventilation, and communication. ##### ansu j.
