Enjoy this nice 3 bedroom and 2 washroom basement suite with separate entrance in a quiet neighborhood. Free Street parking. All bedrooms have queen size bed. Two full bathroom. There is a living room with dining table and chairs, but no sofa and TV. In suite Washer and Dryer. centrally location 15 mins driving to Downtown and 20 mins driving to Airport. 5 mins walking distance to bus stop, Grocery, restaurants, Park, Gas Station and Bank. Very Convenience.
