Parking was easy, as was access to the house. The house is as described (well, except we didn't know someone was living in the separate basement...probably worth including in the description so visitors aren't surprised.) There was plenty of room for our family of four. There's a large master bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Although it wasn't that hot in Vancouver when we visited, the upstairs bedrooms got quite warm during the day. One of them has a portable air conditioner (so a nice addition would be a portable a/c in the other one.)We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood: just a few blocks down the hill are some truly spectacular Vancouver homes with water views. Just a block away are a few restaurants, a Tim Hortons and a Dairy Queen. A 10-minute walk up Dunbar offers more places to eat, a grocery store and a drug store. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. ##### Carl L.
