Also, the backyard is shared with rental tenants, which is a practice we are not accustomed to with a VRBO. Furniture is very new and modern, but there were some sharp edges. We requested an extra day a week prior to our travel dates and the host was able to accommodate. The location was about 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver with traffic. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, the only drawback about the location was having to drive through the bad part of town with lots of homeless on E. Hastings. The house was just like the photos, very modern and clean. The Pack and Play mattress was broken. ##### Karlie S. They advertised that they had an EV charger and a bidet but they did not. We asked about the charger but we didn't get a reply till after we checked out. They said all rooms had queen (60") beds, but one had 2 full size beds. A comforter had red stains (blood?) on it. (We have photos) The fireplace was decorative. All the windows were unlocked when we arrived. Fortunately we checked them before we left our belongings there. ##### Gary A.
