We were here for a long weekend and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go - the house is only a short walk to the grocery store and plenty of restaurants on Broadway and on 4th Ave. We also were able to walk to Kitsilano Beach and Granville Market! The location is ideal, walking distance to parks, beach, shops and transport options. Having a private driveway for our car so close to 8th avenue was fantastic. The space is really well presente, modern and clean. Bathroom and outside space downstairs very handy. Owners live below but didnt hear them at all, and they were very happy to help with a couple of minor things we needed, not related to the property.
