Owner was responsive. Beds comfortable. But...instructions inside the property were outdated. We had trouble with internet connection because instructions had us logging into the wrong network. Chairs in kitchen do not look like the picture. They are all torn and broken to the point you can barely sit on them. Kitchen was dirty. Moldy cloth in sink and moldy washer. Bathroom tub had hairs and dirt in them and drains plugged. Holes carved out in the drywall. There was obviously no oversight of the condition of the property. Seems like the owner has a terrible cleaner go in after rentals but doesn't actually care for the place. I did speak to the owner about these things and left early, but the owner would not reimburse us for the nights we didn't stay. Terrible experience. Not remotely close to the quality of other properties I have stayed in on VRBO. ##### deanna b.
