    The suite includes a full kitchen, queen bed, sofa bed, fast WiFi, and private in-suite laundry. Quiet, comfortable, and well set up for both short and longer stays. Message anytime with questions.

    The space
    Private basement suite on a quiet residential street with its own separate entrance. Just a 30-second walk to the bus stop, and about 5 minutes on foot to a grocery store and local restaurants. The space is self-contained, comfortable, and ideal for guests who want an easy, low-stress stay with good transit access.

    Guest access
    Guests enter through the gate at the back of the property and access the suite via a private entrance on the left. The suite is fully separate and located on the lower level of the home.

The property is clean and bright. Steps from transit (both bus and Millennial Line). Close to amenities, ie. Real Canadian Superstore, Walmart, Canadian Tire, gas station. Hosts are readily available. Would definitely rent again.

This VRBO was adequate for our needs. However it could improve in terms of comfort. The living room couch was very narrow & uncomfortable, and not able to be positioned in a way that could make it easy to view the tv. I'm really not sure how that could be arranged any differently, as it's a very small space. Also the bed is quite hard., and not much room on one side of the bed to walk around. On the other hand, when we asked the host to provide some missing linens, they were very prompt in responding.

Place was clean and well maintained. Pictures didn't exactly match but I assume its because there is another suite rented out next to this one and the pictures are combined because they are quite similar. Only minor issue is that it said there was air conditioning but I the thermostat only had heat options and couldn't find any controls for AC.
