"This was a wonderful experience for a family of 3, but the place provides accommodations for up to 12, including the 2 really cute guesthouses. Gorgeous property especially the gardens, and the outdoor space including the private pool and gazebo. Beach right in front is essentially private as well, we never saw anyone else there. Can beach/swim right there, also snorkel (suboptimal like elsewhere in Nevis). The house itself, while not luxurious in amenities, is very clean, functional and well laid out, it is actually better than what it looks like in the pictures provided. Very responsive host provided very helpful local info/recs. Gorgeous sunsets and night sky. If you value privacy, serenity and want to have your own piece of beach/ocean strongly consider this property. Great deal especially for a large (multigenerational) family "

"Lovely little cottage and wonderful restaurant and staff. We knew booking there was no pool; planned on ocean swims but water wasn’t very clear and did not appear clean. There are better places to stay at similar price but enjoyed experience. "

"This villa has an amazing view, with a large covered patio to sit out all day and admire the ocean setting. The pool was very clean and especially refreshing in the warm afternoon. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements but not with oil or spices or salt (you’ll need to pick that up at the market). The great room has lots of space, a nice couch setting area and a large dinning table that would be fun for playing games. Oualie beach is very nice and easy access. The property was close to various activities at the aquatic center. Oualie beach resort restaurant was our go to for reasonably priced meals and great fish! Other fine dining is nearby. It’s easy to catch the public bus right out front. We enjoyed Pinneys beach for a more relaxed ocean swim and fish watching. The property manager was very responsive and she also gave us a call to check on us and ask about our swim event. Super sweet of her!We found Nevis to be a true gem for those wanting a less touristy atmosphere and some tropical relaxation. "

"this is the most spectacular but understated resort. Noreen and Christina took care of our every need. Food was excellent The view is worth a million and you can enjoy it from the room dining on the terrace or swimming in the pool "

"Our second stay at Zenith and it’s a fantastic property with excellent views and accommodations. We are a family of 4 and our two young (10) kids had plenty of space. The pool is perfectly sized for us, the beach is calm and makes for excellent swimming and the property features a beach club should you want a cold drink at the beach, lunch, dinner or anything else. "A wonderful stay. The view from the deck was amazing, with a comfortable sitting area and dining area plus a huge pool. We throughly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Derek the property manager went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had fun snorkelling in the bay .. only a 5 min walk. Short drive to good restaurants (ie The Drift). "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at House Rose. Jessica was a joy to communicate with before and during our time in Nevis with prompt replies to all of our questions and valuable suggestions for newcomers to the island. The house was perfect for our needs with the three roomy bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We loved that we could control the air conditioning units in each room. So pleasant after a hot afternoon at the beach! The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking many of our meals. The front porch is shaded in the morning so it was lovely to start the day there sipping a coffee. The back porch was a perfect place to watch the sunset every evening as supper was cooking. We loved watching the Olympics on her smart tv while we were there. There were lots of towels and linen for our use. It was the kind of house where we felt very much at home. The parade of sheep, goats and chickens was a daily source of entertainment for us! We rented a car for the whole month so that we were able to travel around to all the hidden gems that make Nevis so special. For the size of Nevis, there are some outstanding restaurants worth visiting. The main supermarkets were 20 minutes away in Charlestown although we could buy staples at smaller grocery stores down the road. Our month in Nevis was idyllic and we are very grateful to Jessica for sharing her home with us on VRBO. "

"Peter and Louise were excellent hosts in helping us plan our vacation which was extremely helpful. They even started our vacation off with arranged airport transfers, ferry transfer and some basic grocery needs including beer and wine. Their home is stunning with unbelievable ocean views. I would highly recommend this home, you will not be disappointed."
