Staffs always helpful with fluent English.
The breakfast is large variety of choice. Room is clean and quiet at night. The TV in room is great, can wifi projecting the phone screen easily. So far, its the best among the 3 hotels I had been stayed while biz trip in Hanoi centre.

The hotel was beautiful and the room very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and was served in a room with an amazing view of the city. The staff were attentive, friendly and gave us a lovely Lunar New Year gift when we were checking out. I only regret we could not stay there longer.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were kind and welcoming. We really appreciate the hot honey lemon tea on arrival after a long day travelling. Great location right in the action but on a quieter street than others around. Large family room with separate bedroom for the kids. The kids room was located at the back so insulated from the street noise not that there was much and it got quiet after 9pm. I took ear plugs but didn’t need them. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after.
