The home is elegantly rustic with large fruit-bearing orchards. House is located on the main street of San Andrés, near supermarket and restaurants where one can enjoy local food and wine. Location: Rural House located in San Andrés, on Jarera street nº 18, small and quiet, locality close to the capital Valverde, 900 meters from altitude, in a central area of the island that is very accessible and near to the sea as well as the mountains. The paradisiacal volcanic island of El Hierro is the smallest and most westerly island of the Canary Islands, in the year 2000 UNESCO declared El Hierro a Biosphere Reserve due to its great ecological value. Insides, services and others: Inside: Pretty rural canary style house of lava and wood ceilings, outside stone floor, friendly sleep-living room with sofa bed for two people, dormitory with double bed and old epoch furniture which gives to the house an air of age, chimney, dormer, bath lined also with lava stones, typical canary kitchen with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay and a pretty stone porch with barbecue to enjoy roasters outdoors. Capacity for four people, two in double bed and two in sofa bed. Services: Cleaning service are provided upon arrival and departure of the guests, household goods and bedding adapted to the number of people. Cleaning supplies and care of the gardens. Baby cot available, pets are allowed upon request. Others: Stereo, television, electric convector, vitro-ceramics, washing machine and dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, refrigerator, etc. Antiquity, name and recommendations: Antiquity: More than one century of antiquity, the house dates back to 1890, originally an old stable completely reformed and designed in lava, with interior ceilings of wood, gable roof and stone floors. It conserves the structure of the traditional architecture El Hierro-style shown in the crowning and windows, as well as ceilings and wood carved doors, reformed with materials of first quality changes in temperature are barely noted which transmits peace in its interior as well as exterior, 'a House with Soul'. Name: the meaning of the rural house name 'Aborigen Bimbache' is in honor of the native inhabitants of the island of El Hierro, aboriginal tribe called Bimbaches who arrived from the north of Africa and founded El Hierro Island, a tribal community included inside of the aboriginal canary´s. Recommended activities: Hiking, diving, traditional fishing, underwater fishing, paragliding, bike rides or horse riding. Behulpzame buurvrouw die ook incheckt. Supermarkt naast de deur. De keuken is prima, en de totale ruimte ook. Douchen lukt helaas minder met maar 15 liter warm water en een te lage waterdruk.
