Enjoy a large terrace with stunning views, a private covered parking space, and a ski room with a heated ski box for your convenience.

- Brand New SKI IN / SKI OUT Apartment: Located in the luxurious "Flora Alpina" building (completed in Dec. 2023), our modernly furnished apartment is perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or hiking the trails of Breuil-Cervinia.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Features modern appliances and all the essentials for home-cooked meals.
- Comfortable Living Area: Includes a cozy sofa bed, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
- Master Bedroom: Offers a queen bed and an additional bunk bed, ideal for families or groups.
- Modern Bathroom: Equipped with all necessary comforts for your convenience.

Fantastic stay!

it is a fantastic stay with fantastic views, i was a solo traveller so had lots of pscae, but PLENTY of space for a family of 4. so much to do around and the staff on site are top notch. will definitely be coming back here next summer.

Brand new, state of the art beautiful building on the hill above Cervinia. Park like setting with a good sized deck looking out into the forest. Covered parking on site is very convenient, reasonably priced and well worth it.We love Cervinia-Breuil and will be back.
