A cosy, quiet retreat for a wonderful holiday—no car needed! On the ground floor, you’ll find a very pleasant living room/kitchen. The kitchen is brand-new and very well-equipped (refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.). The living room features a sofa with a TV, a DVD player (with DVDs available), and a stereo system. You’ll also find board games. There’s a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a washing machine. Upstairs are the bedrooms: a “master bedroom” with a double bed, a small sofa, ample storage space, and a TV. A second bedroom features a double bed with a pull-out bed for children and two armchairs. A quiet terrace lets you enjoy the sun and dine outdoors. An electric grill is available, along with patio furniture and a table and chairs, all shaded by a large umbrella. The house is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Various baby items are available, such as a travel cot, a playpen, a high chair, and a baby carrier for your outings. A safety gate is installed on the staircase. BONUS: A boat trip offered by the owners, subject to their availability and weather conditions. A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival. (An additional deposit of €60 is required for guests who do not book the cleaning service.) Tourist attractions: Enjoy the beaches of Valras and water sports, about 1 kilometre from the property. Nearby, the town of Agde welcomes you for lively evenings, or discover the port of Marseillan on the shores of the Etang de Thau. A tasting of shellfish and local wines is a must! A few kilometres from Valras, don’t miss the Fonséranes Locks south of Béziers during a bike ride along the Canal du Midi. Stroll through the medieval streets of Pézenas, the town of Molière. Further east, the Gruissan salt flats offer a very pleasant getaway.
