Nous sommes revenus avec plaisir dans ce logement et cette residence parfaite pour nous avec des enfants( piscine et mer quasiment au pied de la résidence).

Gros défaut de propreté malgré un cadre agréable
Nous avons rencontré un gros problème de propreté (literie/alèses sales/oreillers jaunes, house de canapé toute tachée, cuisine) qui nous a valu 2h de ménage avant d'ouvrir nous valises; ceci après 1 journée de voyage avec 3 enfants.. ce fut laborieux. Certains équipement sont défectueux/cassés (grille pain, poignée porte freezer) Mis ce gros problème à part, le cadre de la location est agréable, très proche de la plage et on rejoint tranquillement le centre de Valras par la digue en 20m de marche. La situation est bien, entre Cap d'Agde et Narbonne Plage. Le parking privé est un plus. Le cadre "résidence" permet aux enfants de sortir de la location tout en restant dans une enceinte non ouverte au public; les voisins que nous avons rencontrés sont gentils et de bon conseil. L'arrivée se fait dans les heures d'ouverture de l'agence; nous sommes arrivés 15m avant l'heure de fermeture, ce qui semble avoir été malvenu. La prise de possession des lieux s'est faite avec l'agence, mais un état des lieux à faire soi-même (en plus du ménage!) et à remettre à l'agence dans les 48h. La remise des clés a néanmoins pu se faire en dehors des heures d'ouvertures à notre convenance. Propriétaire désolé du désagrément et compréhensif, sans compensation pour autant.

Très bon séjour
Le logement est très bien situé à proximité direct de la plage et des commerces. Les activités estivales près du port sont à 15min à pied, nous avons très peu utilisé la voiture ce qui est un VRAI plus! Le propriétaire est très agréable et arrangeant ☺️ La piscine de la résidence est très bien entretenue et très propre. Je recommande ce logement.

Séjour parfait. Endroit familial. Maison agréable et fonctionnelle, proche de la plage, de magasins et restaurants. Chouette terrasse où il fait bon prendre l'apero et y manger en famille. Grande piscine surveillée par maître nageur. Endroit à conseiller pour un séjour en famille

Séjour et lieu agréable
Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans la résidence, nous avons été ravis. La résidence est propre et bien entretenue ainsi que la piscine. La maison est très bien située car en retrait de la piscine, l’orientation de la terrasse est parfaite Matin petit déjeuner à l’ombre et après-midi au soleil jusqu’à 19h. La maison est bien entretenue et parfaitement équipée , les contacts avec le propriétaire étaient parfait et très cordiaux. Nous recommandons fortement
