Located on the lower floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 14 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a terrace to enjoy the beautiful days. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A 14 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed. \- An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... \- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190), wardrobe and shelves \- A bathroom with bathtub \- A separate toilet Outside : \- A terrace of about 1.20m x 4m with 2 armchairs and 4 garden chairs. The flat is ideally located in Valmeinier, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, cinema... Activities : \- Winter sports resorts within walking distance: vast ski area and large ski resorts with modern facilities, snowshoeing etc. Ice sculpture competition every winter 20 minutes from the accommodation. \- Numerous hiking trails. Possibility of hiking with a mountain guide all year round. \- Various activities offered by the resort (petanque competition, football, inflatable games etc). \- Nearby events: International Animation Film Festival, Venetian Carnival of Annecy, Musilac Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.
