Beautiful tourist residence located in an unspoilt village close to Switzerland, Argentiere and Chamonix. <br>Direct access to the Balme ski area, and the Aiguilles Rouges nature reserve. <br><br>Various services are available free of charge: swimming pool, sauna, gym.<br><br>The apartment is a four-room apartment with a duplex balcony on the top floor with a view of Mont Buet. <br>The ground floor consists of a living/dining/kitchen room opening onto the balcony. The sofa in the living room has a drawer bed. Upstairs you can enjoy three bedrooms: a cabin bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a suite with double bed, TV and private shower room. On the same floor there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with toilet. Each bedroom has storage furniture and wardrobes are also available in the corridor and in the master suite.<br><br>A car park and a private ski locker with boot warmers are available in the basement of the building. <br><br>A five-minute walk from the apartment is the Vallorcine gondola which will take you to the Balme ski area (French slopes and magnificent off-piste in Switzerland).<br>The other areas of Mont-Blanc (Grands Montets, Houches, Chamonix, Brévent-Flégère, Saint-Gervais, etc.) are accessible by car or by train (5 minutes walk from the apartment), free with the guest card. <br>Many hiking, trail and mountain biking routes start from Vallorcine to enjoy spring and summer. <br><br>You can also enjoy the restaurants of Vallorcine including: the Ferme des Trois Ours (traditional cuisine), the Café Comptoir (modern cuisine), and the Ours Bleu (fast food).<br><br>The Swiss border is 5 minutes from the apartment by car. The ski areas and hiking trails of the Valais are accessible by train, which continues to Martigny.<br><br>In summer, you can enjoy activities such as canyoning, mountaineering or paragliding in Vallorcine, Argentière, or Chamonix.<br><br>Bed linen and towels provided.
