VERY NICE GITE 4 PEOPLE CENTER VALLON PONT D'ARC

Located in southern Ardèche, in the center of the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc, a few minutes from the arch of the famous "Pont d'Arc", and its magnificent gorges as well as the restitution of the Chauvet cave, very pretty spacious and comfortable cottage of 54m2, with a capacity of 4 people, air-conditioned, enclosed garden, parking.
The cottage is located close to all shops: restaurants, shops, market, banks, pharmacy, medical center, Intermarché.
Many walks, hikes, visits to natural caves and also discovery of many picturesque villages, water activities (canoeing and swimming of course!)
Description of the gite:
- a living-dining room with open and equipped kitchen
- a bedroom with 140/190 bed
- a bedroom with two 90/190 beds
- a bathroom with WC
- a 25m2 terrace overlooking the garden (table, chairs, barbecue, parasol, awning)
The cottage is non-smoking.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.
The cleaning price is 50 euros if agreed upon arrival.
Sheets and towels are not provided but can be rented.
The security deposit of 400 euros will be requested upon arrival.
TWO ELECTRIC BIKES ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENT.

Good Place But...

The place is as listed in a good location with parking. I didn't like handing over 500 euros in cash or having to rent sheets for 30 euros. Sheets should come as part of a holiday house. Unusual practice in this day and age. Aside from that, a lovely stay.

agréable pied à terre

1 semaine avec une enfant de 6 ans. le lieu est au centre de tout et très bien situé. Le seul bémol vient du manque de wifi mais on a su se débrouiller. On recommande.

Vacances à Vallon Pont d’Arc

Nous étions venus l’année derniere et nous avons réitéré l’expérience cette année dans la même location pour sa propreté,logement neuf super bien équipé dont clim pas négligeable.Aucun bruit.Jardin portillon fermé et propriété fermé avec notre petit fils de 3 ans le tout est appréciable.Proprio super gentil et à l’écoute.Bref le tout nous a permis de profiter et de passer un excellent séjour. Merci!

Rien à redire, tel que décrit.

Proche du centre ( 3 min a pieds ), proche de baignade ( 8min de marche + navette gratuite pont d'arc ), A proximité des lieux a visiter ( Grotte , Canoés, villages ). Parking fermé a disposition. Une superbe terrasse pour lire tranquille le matin, et déjeuner le midi après le marché, une belle climatisation pour contrecarrer les 35 degrés de l'après midi. Bonne literie. Bon frigo/congélateur. équipements suffisants. Une des meilleures locations que nous ayons pu avoir. A noter que Vallon est devenue une ville *trop commerciale* avec sa foule gavée au sucre et produits chinois ( ce qui n'a rien a voir avec le logement ).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très propre et bien équipée. Elle est très fonctionnelle, notamment avec des enfants en bas âge et parfaitement située dans le village ( peine 5 minutes à pied du centre ville). Nous tenions à souligner l’accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires ainsi que leur disponibilité. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Proprio d’une gentillesse!Nous sommes arrivés voiture chargé et nos 2 petits enfants de 2 ans,les proprios nous ont accueillis,aidés à décharger.Nous avons visité notre location extrêmement propre et toute neuve😍et magnifisue.De l’eau fraiche nous attendait.Nous avions un listing d’activité! SUPER SEJOUR

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte de la famille de Jeremy. Tout était parfait dans ce beau logis, vastes pièces, séjour et chambres, une belle terrasse et tout ce qu' il fallait pour y passer de bons moments. La maison de Jérémie est très bien située dans Vallon Pont d’Arc, à 2 pas du centre du village tout en étant très calme. Elle est très bien entretenue, l’accueil est sympathique

Notre hôte a été très sympathique du début à la fin du séjour. Très bonne communication avant et pendant le séjour. La location est très agréable et bien équipée, à proximité de tous les commerces et dans une région magnifique. Le village en lui même est très joli. Un grand merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
