IMMOLOC ARDECHE presents this superb villa located in the southern Ardèche region, near the town centers of Vallon Pont d'Arc and Ruoms, less than 10 minutes away by car.  
  
We invite you to discover this beautifully appointed house, accommodating up to 11 people.  
  
You can enjoy a private swimming pool (7x4 meters) with its inviting poolside area, two private terraces, and a pétanque court.  
  
The house comprises a large living area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area.  
  
There are four bedrooms with double beds and a fifth bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, as well as a shower room with a toilet, a bathroom with a toilet, and a separate toilet.  
TV, Wi-Fi, fan, baby kit (travel cot, high chair), and washing machine are included.  
  
Be charmed by all the amenities of this villa and the tranquility of the neighborhood. End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are not included and are available as an option.  
  
The swimming pool is open from May to the end of September.  
  
No pets allowed.
