The cottage is located 5 minutes walk from the center of the village and the beautiful Pont d'Arc 5km away.
The most beautiful villages and major sites of the southern Ardèche are just a few kilometres away: Balazuc, Labeaume, Vogüé, Lagorce, Chauvet 2 cave, Aven d'Orgnac, the Ardèche Gorges National Nature Reserve, Païolive Wood, the Chassezac Gorges, the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park, the Cévennes National Park, etc.
The Ardèche river, the beach, the canoeing bases, the greenway "Via Ardèche" are nearby.
Ruoms, (Aluna Festival in June) Grospierres, Balazuc and Vogüé are accessible by bike by this greenway, an easy route with no difference in altitude.
In this natural setting, you can practice a multitude of sports activities: donkey riding, hiking, running, mountain biking, cycling, swimming, canoeing, fishing, climbing, paragliding, microlight baptism...!
Shops are all nearby: bakeries, Lidl, Intermarché, shops selling regional products, cellars and distillery, clothing shops, many restaurants, discotheque.
Weekly market on Thursday mornings and night in summer.
