IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a two-bedroom house (T3) located in the Odalys Les Sources de Manon residence, just a 10-minute walk from the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc.  
  
We invite you to discover this well-maintained, air-conditioned house, which sleeps six.  
  
You can enjoy a shared outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-April).  
  
The house comprises, on the ground floor, a living area with a sofa bed (2 x 80 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a covered terrace.  
  
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom.  
  
Parking and a TV are available.  
  
Be charmed by all the amenities of this residence and its proximity to the Ardèche Gorges, the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, and its tourist attractions. End-of-stay cleaning not included. Bed linen and towels are not included and are available as optional extras.
