The hotel staff was wonderful and the room was great, but the pool was filthy—foggy, murky water with hair floating in it—so I didn’t even get in.

A beautiful decorated hotel with rooftop pool and bar overlooking the Dallas downtown skyline. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the restaurant in the lobby and played a game of pool one of the nights. Will stay here again on our future Dallas trip.

"Beautiful property with some activities on the weekend. Resort fee of $45/night was high for what was included. Had to pay $35/night for self parking. So after we paid for the room, we still owed $300 for fees, etc. The pool was just an average pool with very slow service. Trash was not picked up ..."
