Clean room, safe and secure inside, could benefit from an in room safe. Mostly quiet. I liked the water in the reception area. Adequate for the price point. I wasn’t used to the socio-economic conditions in downtown Dallas. It did feel edgy walking around in the area of the hotel. I understood the authorities are working hard to improve safety in downtown, significant police and security evident and very friendly and supportive of tourists.
