Nice hotel for a pet friendly stay. Our room was next to an outside exit which made it convenient to take dog outside. A nice area and very friendly staff. Breakfast was just cereal and muffins. But there is a waffle next door in walking distance. Worth the cost. Will stay again.

Toilet backed up
Could hear neighbors through the walls. Dirty standing water in toilet. Toilet backed up when flushed. Alerted front desk asking to change rooms. Instead was handed a toilet plunger and told to unclog toilet myself. Plunger didn't work so toilet remained clogged for my 2 nights. Did not sleep at this motel. Went to stay with a friend in town.

The lemons on the beds were stained. Towels were stained and varyed flimsy and the toilet was backed up. And the bed was a brick Check in what's great. Continental breakfast was very bad because they did not have the pancake. Batter, since that was the main thing for breakfast, there was no continental breakfast.

Just book it.
We came here from the Red Room Inn in West Point GA who didn’t even have a lobby, the place looked closed down, the room was absolutely filthy and the internet didn’t work, and we were afraid to leave for dinner because we were towing a boat and didn’t trust the people hanging out around the building next door. We left and came HERE and we’re SO much happier with the money spent. RRI was $90 and Comfort was $109, plus $20 dog fee and I’ve learned my lesson. Sometimes you just don’t go for cheapest option. Very happy with the money spent.

We arrived in the middle of the night due to unexpected delays and Mick at the front desk didn't miss a beat checking us in and giving us helpful info about the property. I interacted with a few other members of staff including housekeeping and everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. The bed was comfy, the room was spacious and had all basic amenities one would need. The bathroom was clean and shower pressure was great.

Seems sketchy, but wasn't too bad.
What is really weird and a bit disconcerting is that there is NO signage about the hotel at the exit, or even on the building. Maybe the sign is being repaired, but the place was dark at 9:30 when we arrived and it felt a little sketchy. Also, I had tried to contact the hotel thru the phone number and the link on Hotels.com and could not get through. All I got was a busy signal. I even phoned the number while standing at the reception desk and got a busy signal. The receptionist could not have cared at all about this which is disappointing.

You need to take them off your list. Broken deadbolts. Someone had been using our room when we first arrived and we were given a difficult time when we asked for another room. Tears and burns in linens. Place needs major repair and security improvement.

Everything was fine. The breakfast was a little limited. For a king-size bed, there were only 4 flat feather pillows. I didn't realize until we got there that the hotel is on Eastern time even though in Alabama (almost all of which is on Central time), so check out time was an hour earlier than I expected.

Ok for the price
The hotel was ok for the price but half of the lamps didn't have bulbs in them or the bulbs were burned out, the plug in the bathroom didn't work causing us to have to unplug the refrigerator to run a hairdryer and the hotel advertised hot breakfast which didn't exist.

Very quiet....easy to sleep. Our was not bad, But feel it coukd have been better. I stayed at Quality inns before but the rooms never felt cheap. I know i was in a different state with different clientele, but the room felt cheap.

Concerned based on previous reviews.
Hotel rooms were clean. I was concerned based on some of the previous reviews. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. The hairdryer in our room worked but had wires out the bottom that didn't look safe to use. I told the housekeeping. The king room had a couch that pulled out. It was filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned. Thankfully we didn't need to use it. Overall we would stay again.

The room was relatively clean but it felt damp and the floors felt sticky. Housekeeping came to our room, but honestly I don't think they did anything but fold the towels. The beds were left unmade and they took the soap by the sink but didn't leave a replacement.

Filthy, mold in the bathroom, cracked, water damaged walls and ceiling, the safety latch was broken and the door looked like it had been kicked in previously (latch missing screws, the metal brace was cracked.) Mold in the A/C vents, the A/C was so loud it rivaled the semi-trucks pulling in and out of the gas station next to the hotel. Dirty, rude staff, poorly maintained. In a word: disgusting.

My crew had to go to Lanett to work. The truck broke down, he had to get it fixed and stay an additional night. He got it fixed brought some of the equipment home and another one of my crew went to help clean up. They found they needed a second room but were unable because the first room was in his name. Technically it was in mine. So we are seeking another room for tonight due to lack of sleep. Additionally there was an altercation in another room. The police busted in the door and there was blood on the floor.

My stay was nice. The only problem is the housekeeping didnt have additional bath cloths when i requested them and it was a wait if about 45 minutes for them. The pool was closwd sue ro weather but we had a great stay.

Nothing extra great but rooms was clean. The hotel was booked & they only had 1 room available & it was smoking. We can deal with that. We knew that in the beginning. But the hallway on the 3rd floor reaked of cigarettes smoke. They didn't give us enough towels. We had to go to front desk to get more. I discovered the blow dryer didnt work after i showered & had wet hair with no hair dryer. I called the office & they got a new one but i had to go down to get it. The door handle in the bathroom was broken off & i could open it from the inside. All in All it was good though. Things happen. Things break & have to be fixed. I understand. I would stay here again at that price.
