Heureusement j avais noté le numéro de téléphone et des maltais croisé au hasard nous ont aidé et on appelé la personne en charge du logement qui n était pas sur place et qui est arrivé 15 minutes après pour nous donner les codes d accès. Don’t stay here unless you’re willing to stay at a room with many problems. We arrived at 2 pm like stated but they guy showed up late. We didn’t get the room we reserved because someone else showed up “before us”, first come first serve, seriously? The room was not clean but they charged us with a hidden cleaning fee of €10. TV did not work at all. The bed sheets were filthy dirty and it was cold. The bed... might as well sleep on the floor. Walls are super thin so we could hear everything from our neighbors and vice versa. You have to be quite fit to get to the upper level rooms as it's steep staircase at quite a height!
