About this property

GARANCOR COUNTRY HOUSE ON GRAN CANARIA

  • https://vm.tiktok.com/ZNdfcETpr/ (Here's a link to a video of the house)

You can explore the island through its trails, routes, and beaches; it's close to such iconic towns as Teror and Tejeda, where you'll discover places of indescribable beauty.
Located on the mountainside, with views of the city of Las Palmas, it features a barbecue and a year-round swimming pool; pets are welcome (supplement applies)

As a mountain home, you can enjoy it year-round, with February and March being the coldest months.

The house consists of several floors arranged along the mountainside and on different levels, with the main floor (70 m²)
It features a separate kitchen and dining room, integrated with a living room with a fireplace, which provides access to the upper level and its two spacious bedrooms—offering a variety of possibilities that make it ideal for families or groups of friends to relax.
From this level, there is access to an open-air terrace (100 m²) with spectacular views of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria; it is equipped with everything needed to enjoy a day outdoors.

The public car park located right off the road is spacious; however, while there is a drop-off area near the property, vehicles cannot reach the property itself—you must walk 50 metres along a path.

Whether you’re looking to spend the day there, use it as a base for organising meals, planning all kinds of itineraries, or simply heading to the beach in nearby towns, its versatility is undeniable, not to mention the possibilities offered by the road network, which makes it quick and easy to visit the more touristy and bustling areas in the south of the island in a short amount of time.

The house was as depicted in the ad, and the rooms were clean. The communication with the host was excellent. She answered my questions quickly, and had lots of useful tips on how to get there, for activities in the vicinity, and for longer excursions on the island. We were there in March partly during a storm, so could not fully take advantage of the nice outdoor area / terrace.
