"The property was beautiful and clean, the staff was lovely and incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was amazing! Having only one coffee in the room for the 4 mornings (i.e. not replaced each day) was disappointing, but forced us to go out for a local coffee instead. Having small/snack items for late arrivals and/or while the bar is open would be a great idea."

"What a beautiful property and such great staff. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Alex received us great and even provided us with a welcome coconut drink. So refreshing! The waitresses were so sweet. Anastasia was great, as were the two other young ladies! Breakfast was awesome every morning. The hotel does offer dinner but we were out in the city hanging out and did not have the pleasure of joining other guests. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy another stay. "This property is very nice and the staff are very helpful and polite. The only issue I have is the layout or design of the rooms. The rooms look like individual bungalows but they are actually two back to back. As a result the walls are thin and sound between the two rooms carries. It be great if they just made them as separate bigger spaces but it is what it is. Breakfast is very good. The place is in the more quiet area of Puerto Viejo. There is a small town at the end of the road but not much there"
