Cet hôtel est bien localisé, à 3 minutes de marche du Duomo. Notre chambre était défraîchie, les produits de bain était de basse qualité, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très fort et il faisait un peu chaud dans notre chambre. Nous avions demandé et payé pour deux lits, et le 2e lit était un divan lit. Le déjeuner était correct mais sans plus. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles mais plutôt un 3 étoiles.

Amazing property in the heart of Venice. With its private pier, it allows guests to allow fuzz free and in style away from the crowds. This also offers a beautiful way to experience the grand canal as you first enter Venice and as you bid farewell to this beautiful city.
The rooms were gorgeously and tastefully decorated, showcasing the rich Venetian heritage.
The service from hotel staff was immaculate.

Tourist class hotel masquerading as a higher Star. Beds didn't have covering on the box spring and were stained. Visible mold in bathroom and room. The floor we stayed on smelled of sewage/feces. Rude staff. Couldn't recommend this place less if I tried. Zero stars.
