"The hotel is in an excellent central location, close to the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, children’s playgrounds, and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the staff were attentive throughout our stay — I couldn’t fault their service.
The gym is quite small and would benefit from adding some free weights rather than relying mainly on the multi-gym equipment, although there are several treadmills available.
The only downside was our family room being located on the first floor. While it was spacious, it overlooked the internal part of the building, which felt quite depressing and lacked natural light. The room lighting could also be improved, particularly with the addition of a main ceiling light."
