The farm belongs to the village Steinhaus and is located very quiet and sunny in the middle of meadows and forests with many hiking possibilities. The apartment "Kuglerhof Apt 1" has a cozy living room with dining area and sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and SAT-TV. In the child-friendly accommodation you can get a baby crib and a high chair on request. On the balcony you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Ahrntal mountains with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. An open terrace and a children's playground await you in the shared garden. A barbecue is also available on request. Just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation (400 m) you will find a farm tavern with regional delicacies and a unique mountain panorama. A local supermarket, a butcher's shop and more restaurants can be reached in about 10 minutes by car (6 km). In summer, the Kuglerhof is the ideal starting point for easy but also challenging hikes, while in winter you can go skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding or snowshoeing. The skiing area Klausberg is only 6 km away (10 minutes by car). December 2024: Buy a 3-day ski pass + 1 day free skiing. From December 6 to December 23, 2024 at Klausberg, Speikboden, Rein in Taufers and Weißenbach. Mountain railroad free: Klausberg from May 24 to May 30, 2025. Speckboden from May 31 to June 30, 2025. Pros: Eine superschöne Aussicht auf die Berge und das Ahrntal. Frau Rieder war auch sehr freundlich und hatte uns vorher eine gute Anreise gewünscht. Brötchen ,frische Eier und die frisch "gezapfte Milch waren auch sehr lecker . Die Auffahrt zu dem 1300 m hoch gelegenem Bauernhof war ein Erlebnis und ab dem 2\. Mal gut machbar . Die Wohnung war für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend und sehr gut eingerichtet .Alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber. ---
