The house is beautifully and rurally located, with a lovely garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the birds singing. This beautiful holiday home is situated in an idyllic location, offering a blend of nature and village life. Within a few minutes, you can walk or cycle to the De Malpie nature reserve, known for its heaths, fens and peaceful paths. The attractive centre of Valkenswaard is also nearby, featuring cosy terraces, shops, and a lively weekly market. It is a perfect base for nature lovers and bon vivants, and in 10 minutes, you can be in the centre of Eindhoven, where there is always something going on
